  1. Return conditions
    We accept product returns, but the following conditions must be met:

Return period: The product must be returned within 30 days of your receipt.
Product status: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. All labels, tags and accessories should be intact.
Product type: Some products such as personalized customized products, underwear, swimsuits, etc. do not support returns. Please refer to the product page for specific instructions.
Order status: Returns are only available for orders that have been paid and successfully completed. Unshipped orders can be canceled directly.

  1. Return process
    If you decide to return an item, please follow the steps below:

Contact customer support: Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving the item and provide your order number and reason for return.
Fill in the return request: Our customer service team will send you a return request form, which you need to fill in the relevant information and attach photos of the product (if the product is damaged or defective).
Prepare the product for return: After receiving the return authorization, please pack the product together with the original packaging, labels, tags, and attach the completed return request form.
Return shipment: Please send the product to our return address via the courier of your choice. It is recommended that you use a courier with tracking function to ensure the safety of the return.

  1. Return costs
    Due to quality problems: If the return is due to quality problems, damage or not as described, we will bear the return shipping costs.
    No quality problems: If the return is due to personal reasons (such as unsuitable, dislike, etc.), you need to bear the return shipping costs yourself. We recommend that you choose a trackable delivery method to ensure the safety of the return process.
  2. Refund processing
    Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you used when paying. If the refund is not successfully returned to the original payment method, you may need to provide other payment account information.

Refund method: The refund will be processed according to the payment method you used when you made the original payment (such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Refund amount: The refund amount will include the cost of the goods you paid, but will not include the shipping costs you paid (unless there is a quality problem with the goods).
